David Sanders, Chief Executive Officer:
David is a global power and security expert with a career in energy consulting that spans the globe. He has specifically consulted on energy security for the United States, US Virgin Islands, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Mexico, Benin, Canada, Republic of Guinea, and Israel. In addition to his global consulting, David has inspected and advised corporations and military Contractors IE: Lockheed/Martin, Poly‐One, Northrup‐Grumman, Solutia, TACBO, Koch Industries, 3‐M, Boulder Scientific. David received his BA from UOP and BS from LSU and brings a plethora of accreditations and certifications that allow him to consult across industries. He is a Department of Homeland Security CFATS (chemical facility anti‐terror standard) certified inspector, member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Lloyds Register (Capstone) Certified Risk Analyst and American Petroleum Institute certified inspector. In these roles as an inspector and risk analyst, David has uncovered the need and global security value of sustainable energy sources. David is a respected leader in the compliance and inspection community. When he is not trotting the globe, David enjoys spending time with his wife Lauri, five daughters, and catering to the whims of one very stealthy cat.
Randy Fauchier, Chief Financial Officer
Willing to take calculated risks, think outside the box, and develop a company from concept to success; Randy is a natural entrepreneur. As early as age 11 he reimagined his family farm to be more productive and forward thinking. After studying engineering and public relations at Wichita State University and the University of California Santa Barbara, Randy returned to the family farm where his passion for sustainable solutions inspired him to plant 3,000 trees on the wetland there.
Randy brings a passion for quality, attention to detail, and big vision thinking balanced by real world budgeting that make him the ideal Chief Financial Officer for our company. Launching and growing multiple businesses in locations across the world, he has the financial experience the company needs to succeed in the diverse global energy market. With a career in business finance spanning three decades, Randy has most recently been a CFO for two different commercial casework firms specializing in environmentally friendly products for the medical industry. He has successfully raised startup funds, navigated international business licenses and tax laws, and is especially adept at making a company profitable for investors and employees alike.
Randy is also passionate about philanthropic efforts in energy equality. He, along with his wife Shana, brought students to study the rainforest in Costa Rica and uncovered the inherent power grid problems that third world countries endure. He became committed to being part of a sustainable and equitable energy solution.
Jessica Taylor, Chief Operating Officer:
Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University and went on to attend the International Affairs program at Sacramento State University in California. She has experience working on energy policy and communications for Lt. Governor John Garamendi in California and has a passion for renewal energy and how it can transform the world. Her diverse career includes clinical sales in robotic surgery, university job development, press and communications roles inside and outside of the government, and small business finance. Jessica joined Clean Lines MOED Energy as the Chief Operating Officer and brings a passion and dynamic background to this role.
